The task was instrumental in laying the foundation for a successful migration, as it involved collecting essential assets, wireframe creation, and meticulous coordination to meet the diverse needs of each drug-brand website.
Team Collaboration: As one of the designers on a compact, specialized team, my primary role was to collaborate closely with our account manager and collect all essential resources and assets from the brand team.
Resource Utilization: Armed with these resources and leveraging our company's existing design system, I embarked on the critical task of crafting wireframes for each drug-brand website in the migration project.
Cross-functional Coordination: The nature of this task necessitated seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including brand managers and regulatory experts. Our goal was to ensure minimal disruption to existing websites and preserve the unique branding and regulatory requirements of each drug brand.
Design System Adherence: Throughout this process, it was imperative to maintain strict adherence to the company's design system, facilitating consistent design elements across all wireframes.

Project Kick-off Meeting: Initiated project discussions with the account manager and brand team to establish clear expectations and objectives.
Resource Handoff: Facilitated the seamless handoff of essential resources, including manuscripts, assets, and other materials, ensuring all necessary components were readily available.
Wireframe Development: Executed the creation of wireframes, rigorously adhering to the established design system, while incorporating provided resources.
Peer Review: Collaborated with at least one other designer to conduct a comprehensive review of the wireframes, ensuring quality and alignment with project objectives.
Design Submission: Uploaded wireframe designs to InVision for submission to the Brand team, initiating the brand review process.
Update Implementation: Responsively addressed any required updates based on brand feedback, while simultaneously preparing for the eventual developer handoff.
Asset Reference Guide: Developed a comprehensive Asset Reference Guide for the development team, furnishing them with all necessary information pertaining to the utilized assets.
Staging Site Review: Conducted a thorough review of the staging site to assess design implementation and functionality, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand guidelines.
